To Anyone Feeling Lost in the "Relationsh¡p Goals" Maze
Hey everyone, I've been noticing a lot of "relationship goals" posts here recently. While it's amazing to see others finding love and happiness, it can be a bit of a rollercoaster for those of us who are still on the journey. Honestly, it can feel a bit depressing sometimes. You see all these happy couples and you start questioning your own worth. "Why am I still single?" "Am I doing something wrong?" "Do I even deserve to feel that kind of love?" To be completely honest, I've been there. I'm still kind of there. I got cheated on for the SECOND time by the same person. Yeah, I know, I'm an idiot. It's easy to lose hope after something like that. You start thinking, "Maybe I'm just not meant to be loved." And honestly, sometimes that feeling hits hard. But here's the thing: we have to survive. We have to find joy in other aspects of life. Fall in love with art, music, nature, your pets, your hobbies. There's so much beauty in the world beyond romantic relationships. And let's be real, relationships aren't always sunshine and rainbows. They can be messy, complicated, and even toxic. Ultimately, we can't control who we fall in love with or whether or not those relationships last. Sometimes, the best we can do is play the cards we're dealt and learn from our experiences. I know I'm sounding a bit positive right now, and to be honest, I'm still figuring things out myself. But I wanted to share this with you all and log it for future self, before i sink back again. If you're feeling down or just need someone to listen, feel free to DM me. And boys, I might not be able to give you romantic love but I'm always here to lend an ear, if you want to vent out your sorrows on your bad days.🫂 Let's focus on building strong friendships and finding joy in the little things.😊3
