Does anyone else have trouble walking?
I haven’t seen anyone talk about this. I’ll delete this later since posting publically is scary, even on a burner account. I’m sorry if it’s poorly written I never had trouble with mobility as a kid, but as a teen, I started having severe back pain, and walking for a few minutes would hurt a good bit. But I didn’t walk much, so it didn’t concern me since I would rarely feel it. It was only when I went on a vacation last year that I got worried. I tried walking to a restaurant maybe a mile and a half away, and my entire right leg was in so much pain I had to sit down for a while. When I got back up to keep walking, it was still hurting badly I’ve gotten two X-rays done. The first was for my spine and the second was a few months ago for my lower spine and hips. I have three herniated discs and mild scoliosis, but my hips are fine. My doctor left it at that I started walking at a park recently, and an hour in, my hips start to hurt. The area gets a bit sore for around two days, but it’s better than before. I used to not be able to walk for longer than 15 minutes without any pain The pain starts at my abdomen, then to the sides/back of my hip, then it shoots down to one of my legs I’ve asked my friends what they think it could be, and all of them say it’s probably just muscle/bone weakness from not walking and standing around enough for years. One of them even suggested it could be nerve damage, but I’m not too sure about that The reason I’m posting this here is because I’m sure other NEETs also don’t walk around much. And it’s really hard to try to find a job that doesn't require standing and walking a lot, so it slims down my job searching even more. I’m kind of considering buying a cane to help me out a little3
