Hardware and electrical wire thiefs in Kharghar

I do architecture and interior work for a living and have many interior design sites going on around Navi Mumbai. I have couple of flats in Kharghar which I am designing and all of them has had a case of hardware or wire theft. These guys look of underdevelopment buildings with less people and where bulk of work going on. I recently had a breakin at a flat where they stole all the electrical wire and sanitary fittings. This happened to 6 flats in one single building. It’s a complete shitshow, guards asleep and no cctv no register. It’s a mess. For anyone who are having renovations going on in their flats, giving you a heads up- get a good latch on the doors. Cheers
