How to get a life

after covid ended the amount of people I am in touch with is countable on one hand,I don't go to college since It's integrated, I have person tutor and my society has no one around my age group to talk with, it literaly feels so empty to not talk to anyone for months but whenever I try to talk to someone it gets scary and feels like I am doing rocket science or something HOW DO I MAKE FRIENDS??????
