Why VR mall failed ?

Is it due to demand side problem ? Or just the location problem? Is Nagpur economy this weak ? Even nike got out of nagpur? What's happening? Only few IT companies in nagpur giving salary of 25-30k ! Why no good quality jobs in nagpur? Seen everyone from my class to leave nagpur . Really worried how small businesses are thriving in nagpur ! Only purchasing power seems to be in hand of government job babus & not middle class.
