Joy street every sunday (opinions)

So there is a similar thing happening like happy street every sunday in between rahate colony cwk till deekshabhoomi. Being a resident of vasant nagar it’s getting pretty annoying since the music is way too loud and they start at 5:45am on a Sunday and the music doesn’t stop till 9. I get it that its a great concept but i believe it should be done in moderation and the organisers can be a little considerate for the people who live around the area. It’s going to be the 5th Sunday this week since it’s started and everybody who is a resident is very well annoyed and thinking of actually doing a police complaint since it’s getting very harsh for us and we have a lot of old age sick people who need rest and are actually disturbed. Any advice on this matter is appreciated
