I am pissed with Jio now..

I was on a monthly pack which I recharged around 27 of November which would work till 25 I guess but then I also made a recharge of 3699 for a year and that's a big mistake since this month the Jio is not working at all. Even though I have full network people are saying that I'm not reachable and then I have phone in my hand but still I'm getting texts that this number is trying to reach you. Made a request to refund my recharge money so that I can port into Airtel but they denied as the amount is high we can do till 200 only that to if the recharge is done from My jio app and the time period is 2 hours only.
