HOT WHEELS MONOPOLY!!!

I really hate that there are no good places to buy hotwheels in nagpur, and the 3 shops that are mainly beaches of welcome zone, gate keep the good collection, they won't open up new stock unless u buy 30 pieces, like they are already selling at 20/- Rs above msrp and thier stock is chinese crates... But none the less I don't understand that how can you deny sales, is it not better to sell at least 2-5 cars than none, they are just adamant on 30 or nothing, I've been visiting their store for almost 5 months regularly but still they wouldn't make an exception such a horrible store and bad practice. The guys who are buying those 30 pieces are just upselling them at ridiculous prices online at 4-5x the rate. Really wish there was a good option other than welcome zone in nagpur to buy hotwheels.
