Looking for memories for my dada, late Hasnu Seth

Hello, fellow Nagpurians! I am the paternal grandson of Late Hasnu Seth, who owned a well-known book shop in Mominpura. Although I never had the chance to meet him (he passed away six years before my birth), I have heard many stories about him from my family. I’m reaching out to see if anyone here has any memories or stories about him, his shop, or anything else related to his time in the area. A little more about him: He owned a book shop in Mominpura. He also had a large building in Ansar Nagar, which he sold in anger. That property is now worth crores of rupees. He was well-respected in the community, and I believe many people in the area knew him. If anyone remembers him or has any stories to share, I would love to hear them.
