Brigade Mistry Greens, Mysore

Hey all! I am looking at buying an unit in this society, its pretty close to the city centre, and from a class "A" builder. Currently the square foot price for this society is around 10k/sq.ft. I am not sure if its worth this price tag. It's at Maharanapratap Road near Chamundi hills. Do you think this area has high potential in future developments? Is anyone is looking at the project? What are your thoughts?
