Shady goons in Mysore

Tonight, we were driving home after having tea at Aroma, near SJCE. We took the ring road since it was closer and the time was almost 1 am. Me and my husband were talking and driving at a normal pace, when a white activa overtook us from the left, while on the ring road. On the scooter were 2 drunk goons - the pillion rider happened to turn back and look inside our car, and saw me, ..post which he smirked and said something to the rider. They started riding to the right, coming in our way, asking us to stop. My husband sensed their behavior and dodged them effectively, while they again tried to come close to the car signalling and ordering us to stop. My husband signalled in a way to ask "why? " and then realized there's a barricade in front and focused on driving again, while increasing the speed and losing them. They continued to follow us. We sped as fast as we could to lose them and took the turn to our house hoping to get in quickly. We could not see them. As we opened the gate to park the car, we saw the scooter following us in the main road. They turned towards our house and came in front!!! They started saying "Just because you are in a BMW, you are trying to crash into us showing us f*ck sign" (He was showing his thumb and index finger, calling it the f*ck sign) They were both drunk and had no helmet, nor a number plate on the vehicle. Started threatening us saying they will call their uncle and mama etc. My husband tried calling the police several times, but each time it connected to different centres and they would not even route us to the right one!!! It was a scary situation and the police number wasn't connecting! I began recording their actions and false accusations, seeing this the rider sped away covering his face with his shirt. The other guy was too drunk to stand still, was continually blabbering lies. We don't know what they were expecting. After a lot of time the rider also came in and started saying he is educated, the other guy is not, and that it is not right for a BMW guy to show off in front of 2 scooter guys, just because he was with a girl!!! (It was not even a BMW, it was a regular white car lol) They started taking pictures of the number plate in full confidence since they didn't have one! They kept asking me if he (my hubby) was my brother or what is the relation, and kept talking about how him showing the finger (thumb) was insulting to them, and how we had tried to crash into them. The saddest part was, there was no way to prove they were drunk. Other than the foul smell. They kept telling my husband showing his thumb was wrong and yellingandp finally left. We are concerned especially because they know where we live. The police arriving would have helped everything, but sadly the police does not even connect us to the right branch. Scary to see such situations in Mysuru!!! Never seen before.
