Travelling with Pet Dog from Mumbai T2 to Nagpur and back.

Hi! I am travelling via AirIndia Flight from Mumbai T2 terminal to Nagpur and back. My dog is a ShihTzu weighing under 5kgs and I will be carrying him in an IATA Approved container. This is the first time I will be flying with my pet. If anyone has had a recent experience of travelling with a pet on a domestic flight, I would love to know how it went for you and your pet.
