Shifting to Mumbai soon, help out folks!

Hey guys, I’m 25F, shifting to mumbai in about a month. The plan is to get a place before the monsoon season hits. My office is in lower parel. Which area would y’all suggest to rent a flat that’s not too far from my office, has nominal rent (around 20kish) and is a decent locality over all? Also, any other things I should keep in mind while flat hunting? TIA! :D
