Recruiters Help - Need help on CV Template

Hello.. recruiters of this sub. Need help. I have close to 14 years of work ex. So my CV has gathered a lot of experience but some dust as well. I looked at some templates on the Internet but they look very flashy as compared to plain old CV I have. I need your feedback or inputs on a good CV template. What’s the latest template, what do recruiters looks for in a good template. Is use of multiple colours in a CV appreciated? TIA
