Monthly property maintenance around Andheri W area

I own a property which might go under reconstruction soon and they are estimating the maintenance to be Rs 50k pm with all amenities. I was wondering how much maintenance it'd cost for luxury buildings (ex Bharat Sky Vista) in Andheri West area? I was searching on real estate sites but couldn't find monthly maintenance. How much are you paying for monthly maintenance in this area? How many sq. ft. is the building, age and amenities provided? If you know any resource let me know.
