Has anyone noticed hairfall after they started travelling in Mumbai local

I recently started travelling in Mumbai local western local line for work and I’ve noticed that my hair are falling and quite damaged. Even my skin is breaking out way more now. Is this because of local? Nothing else has changed in my lifestyle or diet. How to protect and overcome this issue.
