Are business owners rich here?

Yesterday gave an interview in a media agency, talked with the co-founder. The co-founder didn't give any fancy vibes, but I checked his insta... His highlights full of international country flag emojis, He has a pet dog also. I mean c'mon, it was a digital Make agency.. probably 20,25 clients per month. Is everyone rich??? I m not saying ambani rich, but living comfortably; having a nice house and once a year abroad vacation with a cute pet doesn't hurt ig I'm not jealous, i just feel that people who business own with 10- 20 employees are rich shits for sure
