Police verification for students not living with parents (F 20) - Passport

So basically am a student not living with parents (in Mumbai). I will go to the PSK office within this week, and I don't have my student ID or signed certificate from a director with me. I obviously cannot go to my college rn, so what do I do in this situation. Also my address was changed just today in aadhar, I think it is yet to be reflected in E-aadhar, so would the receipt of the address change done at the aadhar seva centre suffice? Tysm
