Need Help with Marriage Certificate Process: Wife Only Has Aadhar Card as ID Proof

Hi everyone, I’m from Mumbai & so is she, and we recently got married as per Hindu marriage rituals. We have all the photos of the ceremony and our declarations in place. However, since my wife’s family had issues with our relationship, she left her house with only her Aadhar card and no other documents. Now, while applying for the marriage certificate, the registrar is asking for her birth certificate, school leaving certificate, or SSC marksheet as proof of birth. We’re stuck because she doesn’t have access to these documents, and her family isn’t cooperative. Has anyone faced a similar situation? Are there any alternative processes or documents we can use to move forward? Your guidance would mean a lot to us. Thanks in advance!
