  • Fraud alert- Mumbai coldplay tix scam

This happened w a friend of mine and im copy pasting what he sent I’m sharing this to raise awareness about a shocking incident my friends and I have faced. A man named Harsh Agarwal, a resident of Mira Bhayandar, has scammed over ₹17 lakhs from more than 10 people (just the ones we know of) under the pretext of selling tickets for the Coldplay Mumbai concert. What Happened: 1️⃣ We found Harsh on Instagram, where he seemed like a genuine ticket seller, offering tickets at reasonable prices compared to the black market. 2️⃣ He provided proof of tickets, his mobile number, and even his address to gain our trust. 3️⃣ After collecting advance payments, he delayed dispatching tickets with excuses, ignored calls and texts, and eventually admitted: “I don’t have any tickets or money. Do what you want to do.” Shocking Developments: His mother, allegedly involved in these scams, threatened us when we confronted her, falsely accusing us of harassment and threatening to call the police. Harsh has reportedly scammed people for over ₹1 crore in the last three years, yet no action has been taken due to his family’s alleged political connections. Our Experience with the Authorities: We approached the Mira Bhayandar Police, the DCP, the Commissioner, and even local politicians, but our concerns were brushed aside. Despite submitting a detailed 250-page application with evidence (transaction proofs, chats, etc.), the authorities showed little interest in helping. When we left the police station, we were mocked with statements like, “Kuch nahi ho sakta, bhool jao” (Nothing can be done, just forget it). Call to Action: This is not just about us—it’s about exposing scammers who exploit people’s trust and hard-earned money. If you or someone you know has been a victim, or if you want to help us fight for justice, please come forward. Let’s ensure no one else falls prey to such frauds. We demand accountability and action! Every piece of evidence is available for those willing to support this cause. Please share this post to spread awareness and prevent others from becoming victims. Together, we can make a difference.
