Please help me with the price breakup

Hi, I am planning to buy N160, and showroom gave me quotation. They will give 1x vega helmet, 1 years of insurance (5+1 = 6), 1 year of RSA. Also, 4k discount. I saw somewhere logistics charges should be within ex-showroom price as it's not ex-factory price. Could you please help with the charges, if these are fair or they are charging un-necessary? Also, the insurance from PB seems cheap with all add-ons. What do here, it is of 5 years(with 1 year comprehensive)? And might need to buy Own Damage after 1st year.
