Is biking even worth it?

I used to ride a commuter Daily a couple of years back, but then started using a car. Now I am thinking of getting a bigger motorcycle, but have a few fundamental questions about the whole thing. On my recent bike trips on borrowed bikes, I have noticed that Indian weather and road conditions are not very suitable for biking. It’s much easier and comfortable to travel in a car and be protected from the dust, heat, and rain. Want to understand from you guys if it is even worth the trouble to get a big bike for touring/daily commute. I know it might be very much enjoyable on twisties and scenic routes, but I feel that is just 10% of the riding. Major 90% is through poor conditions.
