Help me with choosing a good laptop

Hey fellow Manglorians! As the title suggests I am looking for a good laptop probably within a range of 60 to 100k as I'm about to pursue higher studies and require a laptop for the same. I did look up the internet and found a few options such as Lenovo IdeaPad, Yoga series, HP Pavilion, Dell etc.. but it's really hard to choose from! I'm not interested in gaming and need it majorly for academical usage and probably for work later on. And if this matters I'm looking to buy it from Dubai or Abu Dhabi.. Any suggestions are welcome.
