Ghee Roast recipe

Hello people. I'm a student doing Masters abroad, and I'd love a ghee Roast now. The thing is, I don't have a mixie or dried red chillies and all. Do y'all know how to make them without the use of those? I have red chilly powder, and all most other spices. Thankyou
