Please help me find this store

I found this dude on facebook market place and agreed to purchase an item off him. He sent make a bluedart receipt to confirm the courier, I had an exam at the time so I didn't bother checking it out and paid the money. Its been 2 days and the tracking ID still doesn't work and now my whatsapp messages arent going through. When I made the payment he told me to split it between these 2 QR codes (1. GOVIND MAHADEV JADHAV , 2. WAGHMAREMUKTAGOVERD). I know he lives in Maharashtra, I realize the chance is super slim, but if by any chance anyone has paid these stores before and has their location or contact number, do let me know. Thank you
