Did I get fooled by this auto wala uncle? Paid airport parking fee

This is my third time coming to Mumbai. Last 2 times I had my uncle pick me up but this time I took an auto from T2 to get to Andheri. The queue was too long so walked to the front and was approached by a stout auto uncle who was squatted on the footpath and looking at me for a while from the other side. He took my bags and had me seated in his auto. When I got in, the driver started chatting with me, and we got talking about where I was heading and which route I wanted to take. I wasn't very familiar so he told me he will take the longer route to avoid the toll and it will save money to which I agreed. After a few more questions, he laughed and said Mumbai mein aapaka svaagat hai, beta. He seemed to know I was a bit lost ig But he was quite chatty throughout the trip and kept me engaged. In the middle of my journey the driver told me that since this is an airport auto that I took, I will need to pay 360 rs for airport entry and parking fee along with the fixed fare of 400 rs (that too I had bargained from 550 rs to 400 rs) that we agreed for the trip. I asked him why he didnt mention about the 360 rs earlier and he told me "beta mujhe nahi bata ta ki aap Mumbai me naye ho - aapne kuch nahi bola jab meine poocha". He told me to be aware of this next time I visit, I ended up paying 760 rupees in total to uncle. I’m trying to figure out if this was a bit overpriced or if I’m overreacting - do they charge 360 rs for airport entry and waiting fee or is it lesser than this?
