Weird 'Update' Location in Finder

I've noticed i've got this location in finder called 'Update'. Might just be an automatically downloaded update, but seems fishy to me that there is a PNG file with 'your mac will restart when update completes', as this doesn't look like an apple thing. Should I be weary that i've accidentally downloaded some malware? I can't eject the location or delete any of the files within it
