    Touch command not working

So basically I'm on macOS Catalina version 10.15.17 and I tried to change the "Date Modified" of an application from the 25th of December 2024 at 1:05am to the 18th of December 2024 at 10:27pm using the "touch command" in the terminal. So I typed : `touch -mt 202412272227` and I dragged the application in the terminal then clicked on the key "return". But then it told me : `touch: out of range or illegal time specification: [[CC]YY]MMDDhhmm[.SS]` `lucca@Stephanes-MBP ~ %` What does it mean and what do I have to do ?
