Question on BetterDisplay utility (hardware: mac mini m4)

For some weird reason my 4K 60hz TV (using as monitor) always shows up on my Mac Mini m4 as being able to only do 4K@30 (not 4K@60). Its not the cable since my Dell laptop correctly sets the ext.mon to 4K60. I installed BetterDisplay on the mac and able to change refresh rate to 60hz … but that resets to 30Hz when I reboot. Is there a way to make it remember settings between reboot?
