notifications are delayed its a bug I guess

I noticed that the notification pop-up appears a bit too late, around 5 or 10 seconds after the notification sound. I think it might be because of Apple’s ‘summerized notifications’ feature, but I personally prefer the summerized pop-ups. What do you think?
