MS365 Calendar Sync Issue

I have several calendars synced in my Apple Calendar on an Apple Silicon Mac. While Google and iCloud calendars are syncing perfectly (as well as the one MS365 which is slightly used), one of my MS365 accounts, has issues with refreshing after some time. And it's not affecting all events, but mainly new events. The only fix is to disable and enable calendar sync in this account, and some times even this does not work and I have to re-add the account on my Internet accounts. Any solutions that you might suggest?
