Macbook with Internet Recovery Infinite Loop

Hello, I’ve got an 2019 Macbook Pro A2159 that enters directly into Internet Recovery mode and nothing more can be done (tried different commands). After doing it, an Apple logo with charging bar/chime appears followed by a black screen, so it reboots again into Internet Recovery. Any idea? At the moment the laptop is only working with charger plugged in, I need to fix that too. Thanks!
