Looking for a thunderbolt solution

Have a MBP M3 Pro that I’ve got hooked into an ultrawide monitor. The speakers I have use a 3.5mm audio jack, which I currently have hooked into the monitor. The monitor is attached via DisplayPort to USB-C. MacOS doesn’t allow CEC. Have tried EqMac as a software solution, but it was unreliable and undesired. Anyone have a cost-friendly dock or hub solution that will meet my needs? Essentially, I just want to plug one cable in for my monitor and speakers, as well as maybe an external SSD that’ll sit by the hub. TIA
