Is this a virus or a system error?

Hey I hope someone with a better understanding of MacOS can clear this up for me. In mission control there is a ‘ghost’ window named “GARBAGE”. The strange thing is, my computer language is Dutch (so garbage can’t refer to the trashcan). Is this a virus? Or do you think it’s a bug? Thanks in advance for any suggestions!
