How to connect two external USB-C monitors to M1 Macbook Air? If not, is there any other portable screen extender than works with M1 Macbook Air?

I purchased a S3 triple screen extender, https://www.amazon.com/domyfan-Extender-S3-Portable-Compatible/dp/B0CRGX9ZYP?th=1, but only one screen turns on at a time. I know now that you need a Displaylink hub to connect more than one external monitor to a M1 Mac. I purchased such an adaptor, but it has two HDMI outputs. Simply connecting to the screens with HDMI to USBC cables does nothing. The screen extender I purchased only has USB-C ports, but it seems every displaylink product is just usbc to hdmi, how can I connect both sides of my screen extender to my mac? Now this: https://satechi.net/products/thunderbolt-4-multi-display-docking-station seems to have 3 USBC ports, but they are thunderbolt 4 (M1 only has the original Thunderbolt), and since its $300 I need to be sure I can just use three USBC cables to be able to connect to both sides of my screen extender. If not, is there any other form of portable screen extender, say with airplay, that I could get?
