How do I get this feature to quit

Hello! How do I get rid of those grey bubbles that title what each and every single icon/button are? I don’t even know how to describe this to Google lol. I don’t believe I did anything to make them appear? I’m pretty confused and want them gone! Any help appreciated!!! :)
