call notification stuck on macOS

Now after hours, when i opened my mac, this notification is still there and I can't clear it. It goes away on restarting, but that is very time consuming to me. This has been happening after I upgraded to Sequoia 15.1.1. Anybody facing similar issue? Any workaround?
