Apple Music opening when headphones connect

Alright, so this is a strange one, that I have yet to find a solution to. I use 2 laptops daily for work, my personal 2017 MBP(Ventura 13.7.4), and a Dell laptop(Windows 11) provided by my company. I am using a pair of bluetooth headphones as well. I also use a 34" ultrawide monitor to view both displays at one time. We use Teams for meetings, and everytime I leave a call on the Dell laptop, Apple Music opens on my MBP. I am assuming that its because the headphones are reconnecting to my MBP, but I have yet to find a way to disable that. Any ideas? To further clarify, my MBP doesn't have the same response when I power on my headphones. It only seems to do it when I disconnect from a Teams call. Thanks!
