Animation Lags and UI Issues on macOS Sequoia 15.2 (MacBook M4 Pro)

SOLVED: My bluetooth mouse was still connected and I stored it in the box. Seems that macOS does not like that. Hi everyone, I’m experiencing some weird animation lags and UI glitches on my MacBook M4 Pro running macOS Sequoia 15.2: * When hovering over the Dock, only the first icon zooms, but others don’t respond. * In Safari, the cursor doesn’t change when clicking links or selecting text. * Right-clicking on files in Finder doesn’t work. * When a program is in full screen, the red/yellow/green buttons are missing. I have to press \*\*ESC\*\* to close it. It seems like something is blocking animation refreshes, but: * CPU is at 4%, GPU at 0%, and RAM usage is minimal. * I’ve already tried restarting, and EtreCheck doesn’t show anything major. Has anyone else faced this issue or have any ideas to fix it? Thanks! Edit: I've recently installed a new theme for Obsidian but deactivating it does not change anything. Apart from that there haven't been any changes before I've noticed the issue.
