AirDrop from other people not working. From phone it works but when others send me something it doesn't

I can send photos, files etc from my phone to my mac but when someone else tries to send me something it's not possible: 1. Other person didn't see Macbook Pro in devices to send, saw only my contact 2. I get the message saying accept or decline that airdrop, but I can't accept it or overall press buttons It's just what I saw AirDrop tried to be on contacts only and everyone Latest MacOS downloaded (Sequoia 15.1.1) What should I do?
