Work from MacOS into Windows CloudPC

I have to work inside Windows CloudPC virtual machine. The problem Windows and MacOS have different keyboard layouts. ***How to setup Windows to use MacOS layout?*** I would like to use my MacBook keyboard inside Windows CloudPC the same way I use it outside it. Also I would like to use the same keyboard shortcuts in my *IndelliJ IDEA IDE* as I use in MacOS too. Is all of this possible?
