Unknown "Downloader" pop up help

Every time I restart my computer, or every few days, I get the attached "downloader" pop up. However, I don't know what it is. I click "don't open" and it goes away, but eventually comes back. I've searched my computer a few times, and can't find the file. I also contacted Apple support, and they didn't know the answer.
