Two external monitors m4 pro

Afternoon, The apple site says you can run two displays over thunderbolt on a m4 pro, does anyone have any idea what docking stations will actually do this? Or am I reading it wrong that both can be run via a single usb-c cable. Currently have one monitor plugged in via a docking station and the 2nd monitor directly into the mbp via hdmi. The whole wire situation and untidiness of the desk due to this is causing my OCD to go into overdrive. Side note I don't want to use displaylink I would rather try and get creative with the wires and try and make them neater. Any help is welcomed Thanks
