Thinking of upgrading from Monterey to Sequoia, is it worth upgrading to?

By worth it I mean in two aspects: 1. I have a MacBook Pro (13-inch, 2018, Four Thunderbolt 3 Ports), will it run well on this laptop or am I better off with sticking with Monterey? and 2. I use adguard pro both the app and the Mozilla extension. Does adguard pro work well on Sequoia? Or will I have to deal with ads on youtube and other sites? I currently get no ads on youtube and other sites.
