Stuck on loading screen after update to OS Sequoia

Hey guys, I am currently stuck on the loading screen after typing in my Laptop at this exact spot. I say this, as a co-worker of mine had the same issue, getting stuck at the same screen at about that same loading level. I have updated to OS Sequoia a few days ago and everything went smooth and I used the laptop for work as normal. After the battery drained super quick in the last days, I did some digging and eventually forced my laptop to reboot. This was the first reboot after the update to Sequoia, as I usually only close my laptop and charge during the night. I‘ve tried a few things from this reddit here already, but nothing seems to work. Did anyone face the same issue after the latest Mac OS update and got a clue what to do?
