Safari will not load most sites now

Yesterday it was working 100% normal, now nearly every single site that I visit, will not load at all. The blue loading bar just slowly creeps across the screen but the site never actually loads. Here are some example photos of reddit trying to load. *(posting this using Chrome and everything is loading smooth on here)* *Also, i've tried clearing cookies and restarting the computer. Didn't do the trick.
