Random searches I haven’t made

Hi all, just came here to get some advice, I’ve notice some random searches which seem to be a jumble of letters and numbers and one I sure know I haven’t made, I haven’t downloaded or installed anything on my computer nor have I gone into any suspicious websites, that I know of. I will attach an image and a lot of things I search are art references or very specific items or equipment I use for my art If anyone knows if this is something to worry about or if I should be concerned I would really appreciate any reassurance or help that I am able to get All the best and many thanks
