Other OS users can see my folders despite 'No Access' choice

Hi, would love some help. Setting up a family laptop. Want a clean user 2 that doesn't have access to user 1's files. Fixed some files that were showing up in User 2 finder and spotlight by moving them out of Mac Hd\_Users\_User1 file, or by selecting 'no access' for everyone in 'get info'. This hasn't worked for the User1\_Music file. They can see and search all documents, folders, projects, play voicenotes and audio etc. How do I make this private? cheers
