New Siri with Apple Intelligence breaks keybindings

Even when changing the keyboard shortcut in System Settings, the `🌐S` key remains bound to the new Siri, and it doesn't appear like it can be remapped (like other system shortcuts in the Window menu). Does anyone have a solution?
