Need help on How to Fix Outlook Mac Import Greyed Out?

A colleague in my organization uses a Mac and needs to export all her emails to a file. While this process is straightforward on Outlook for Windows, I'm not very familiar with Macs. She shared a screenshot with me, but the "Export" option appears to be grayed out. Your help would be much appreciated. Thanks in advance.
